The Role

The Brand Partnerships Specialist will play a key role in expanding the brand’s reach through strategic collaborations that drive growth and brand recognition. Working closely with the wider marketing team, this individual will be responsible for identifying and securing partnership opportunities that align with the brand’s goals. From negotiating co-branded initiatives and sponsorships to managing influencer collaborations and affiliate programs, they’ll oversee the entire lifecycle of brand partnerships.

They will spearhead the development of joint marketing campaigns that drive awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue, while also ensuring the brand’s values and premium positioning are maintained across all activations. This role requires someone who can build strong, long-term relationships with external stakeholders and work collaboratively with internal teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration of these partnerships into the brand’s overall strategy.

A sharp eye for market trends, competitive movements, and emerging partnership opportunities will be crucial to continuously driving growth and staying ahead in the industry.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in developing and managing impactful brand partnerships. They will possess excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to create mutually beneficial collaborations that align with business objectives. The ability to combine creativity with commercial strategy is key, as is an analytical approach to measuring and optimising partnership performance.

With experience in co-branded marketing campaigns and a strong understanding of the dynamics of influencer and affiliate marketing, this person will be results-oriented and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders. They will bring a passion for the automotive, luxury, or performance industries and will be excited by the opportunity to contribute to a heritage brand that’s poised for rapid expansion.
