The Role
As CRM Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the brand’s customer retention and lifecycle strategy. You’ll take ownership of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-store channels — while also helping shape the launch of a brand-new loyalty program. Working cross-functionally with insight, product, and ecommerce teams, you’ll lead end-to-end planning and execution, manage a CRM Executive, and work closely with tech and data teams to improve segmentation and personalisation. This is a hands-on and strategic role where your work will have visible, measurable impact on customer growth and loyalty.
The Person
You’ll bring proven experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing within a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment. You know how to build and optimise multi-channel campaigns, manage data platforms (ideally Bloomreach or similar), and use insight to drive decision-making. Comfortable working with teams across the business, you’ll be confident leading on strategy while also being happy to get stuck into day-to-day execution. You’re results-focused, customer-obsessed, and excited by the chance to help shape the future of CRM for a brand with huge reach and ambition.
