The Role
We’re looking for a Junior National Account Manager to support our commercial team in delivering success across key national retail accounts. You’ll gain hands-on experience with customer-specific strategies, promotional planning, trade marketing, and sales reporting — with exposure to high-profile accounts early in your career. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a lean, agile team where your input will directly impact visibility and performance. It’s also a strong development path toward a full National Account Manager position.
The Person
You’ll have 1–3 years of experience in a commercial, sales support, or FMCG account management role, and you’ll be confident working with UK retail channels. Excel is your strong suit, and you’re naturally detail-oriented with a proactive, can-do mindset. You’re just as comfortable analysing EPOS data as you are building great relationships with buyers and internal stakeholders. Bonus points if you’ve worked with POS, EPOS platforms, or in skincare, baby, or wellness categories. Above all, you’re ready to learn, grow, and be part of a team that values creativity, impact, and purpose.
