The Role
We’re hiring a CRM Manager to take ownership of the global CRM strategy across email and app, with the aim of deepening customer engagement and improving retention. Working closely with the Head of Growth/Performance Marketing and managing one direct report, you’ll lead the planning and execution of both tactical campaigns and long-term lifecycle strategies. From behavioural triggers to loyalty initiatives, content planning to technical improvements, you’ll be instrumental in delivering campaigns that connect, convert and retain. This role is both creative and analytical, offering the chance to collaborate across trading, brand and commercial teams to drive tangible impact through CRM.
The Person
You’ll be an experienced CRM professional from a fast-paced online retail background, confident in shaping strategy and rolling up your sleeves to get things done. You’re familiar with enterprise-level ESPs and love using data to inform smart, customer-first decisions. Able to balance commercial thinking with creative execution, you bring energy, curiosity, and the confidence to challenge when needed. Most importantly, you care about the customer journey and are always looking for new ways to improve it.
